Starting a business can be exhausting for several reasons. Furthermore, there is a lot of work involved in the initial stages of starting a business. This includes researching the market and creating a business plan. Setting up the necessary infrastructure for a smooth start. As a result, no matter how much effort and preparation you put in, you’ll always have the feeling that you’re missing something. Furthermore, a true future entrepreneur will not be happy with his own choices if he doesn’t find a way to compare them.

Wrike is a project management software for team collaboration. I always strongly suggest entrepreneurs to put Wrike on their list for Essential Tools for starter entrepreneurs.

Its sales tools include lead management, sales automation, and customer relationship management (CRM). A customer service platform that includes a help desk, knowledge base, and live chat functionality. HubSpot is user-friendly and is suitable for businesses of all sizes, from small startups to large enterprises.

4. Refrens

Refrens is a free invoice software. Perfect for starter entrepreneurs, and free for 100 documents a year. Once the threshold of 100 documents is reached, you can buy our premium plans to keep continue creating the documents. In addition to invoices, you can create quotations, and other documents, as well as manage your expenses. You can create recurring invoices for weekly, monthly, and also for yearly. Unfortunately, at this point, Refrens cannot be used to receive online payments.

5. Copy.ai

Copy.ai is a tool that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help users generate high-quality marketing and advertising content. On the other hand, any changes you make to files in this folder will automatically be synced with your Google Drive account in the cloud. This means that if you make changes to a file on one device, those changes will be reflected on all your other devices that have the Google Drive app installed and are signed in to your Google account. This makes it easy to access your files from anywhere and collaborate with others on shared documents.

8. Fiverr

Fiverr is an online marketplace that connects freelancers with clients who need their services. As a starter entrepreneur you’ll be pushed to do everything by yourself. Eventually you’ll run into something you’ll really need help with. On Fiverr freelancers offer a wide range of services. These services include graphic design, writing and translation, programming and tech, video and animation, music and audio, etc. Fiverr offers fair prices and pretty much quick service delivery. It will just help you keep going.
